GETTING AROUND MALMO CENTRAL STATION
Located in the center of the city, Malmo Central Railway Station is surrounded by numerous top-visited sights. If you have free time while waiting for your train, take a chance to see at least one of the famous locations. For instance, to reach St. Peter's Church will take only 7 minutes walking, or the 16th-century Malmo Castle will take 15 minutes walking.
Malmo Central Train Station features two parts connected by the main concourse. There are 1-7 platforms in the old station, while in a new part (underground), there are 1a-4a and 1b-4b platforms.
Every day about 20 trains run between Malmo Central and Stockholm Central train stations. The distance between the stations is 512 km, and the high-speed train takes approximately a bit more than 4 hours to get from one station to another.
